The pyro works great, the needle is very responsive and the install isn’t too bad if you take your time. You will need a couple add-a-fuses for installation.

Bought this gauge to compliment the Autometer 0-35 PSI Boost gauge I got from XDP. Both gauges were delivered in a very timely manner, as XDP usually does! Gauge kit included everything which made installation a breeze. I drilled and tapped the exhaust manifold on my 96 12v cummins, as I wanted pre-turbo temp. The plug and play harness was easy to run the wiring with minimal electrical work, only had to wire the gauge lighting. This gauge sits next to my boost gauge in custom mount covering the (useless) cupholder on the dash. Very happy with the result and now can monitor stats with a quick glance. Kind of wish it had temp colors like ISSO gauge, but nothing a little paint couldn't fix on the inside of the gauge bezel. Now I can get a quick visual if I temps get too high.
Here's an installation tip I got from a neighbor, drill and tap the manifold with the engine running. Sounds crazy, but the exhaust pressure will blow all the shavings out of the hole as you work. Worked brilliantly for me.
