not bad for the money

Installed on my 06 duramax. it was easy to install, but it fit a little to tight in the air box so some small mods were required. I got 1mpg and a little better throttle response. got this for $70 and was not a bad investment when you consider a full kit is 3 times more $ and no more gain other than it looks pretty.

ON 2009 Sierra 6.6 install was very difficult. After 600 - 800 km oil from filter clogged up air sensor causing engine trouble light to come on and also trigerred a cut back in power which resulted in poor mileage. Dealership informed me to rteplace with stock filter which in returned everything to normal. power and mileage then returned to normal. Turbo sucks to much air and drags the oil through crudding up the sensor and will eventially burn it out if left. Iflightening the oil this will diminish the air filtration defeating its purpose. Any one else find this happening
