I have used these filters for years on my 04 Ram 2500 and are very happy with their performance. I do change the oil sooner than the mfg recommends but figure it's a small price to keep the Cummins in good shape.

i was using oem mopar filters with ams oil, no problems with oil pressure coming up in any condition. I switched over to the k&n filter and i noticed a loss in start up oil pressure and idle oil pressure. THE FILTER IS TOO RESTRICTIVE. I'm using oem and changing it twice with my ams oil.
