Transmission Options

The transmission is often considered the "weak link" by most industry professionals. Diesel engines are capable of creating so much additional torque that the transmission in many cases cannot harness the power. Products such as deep transmission pans add additional fluid to maintain lower transmission temperatures; resulting in longer life expectancy. Torque converters, valve bodies, shift enhancers, and electronic control modules are designed to prevent transmission slippage (which prevents your transmissions ability to get the power to the ground) that causes excess heat build up, frequently resulting in premature failure.
