1) Shipping and receiving products
2) Stocking and picking products
3) Ordering shipping supplies
4) Communicating with sales and customer service department to assure timely processing of orders

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

1) Experience in warehouse work
2) Strong multi-tasking skills
3) Attention to detail
4) Highly organized
5) Forklift operator certified
6) Good communication skills (verbal and written)

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist in day-to-day operations. As a Customer Support Specialist with Xtreme Diesel you will be part of a select team that is dedicated to caring for our customers, handling daily tasks and helping us grow our business to the next level.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Handling incoming customer phone calls and emails
2) Processing incoming web and phone orders
3) Researching and resolving customer issues brought to our attention
4) Communicating with product vendors and shipping department to assure timely processing of orders
5) Some phone sales
6) Office administrative duties

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

1) Experience in customer service
2) Strong multi-tasking skills
3) Attention to detail
4) Highly organized
5) 2 Years experience with PC computers and the internet
6) Good communication skills (verbal and written)
7) Experience with e-commerce a plus but not required

Hours: 10:30-7:00 M-F EST
