XDP is currently seeking warehouse help to assist in day-to-day shipping operations. As a warehouse worker with XDP you'll be part of a select team that is dedicated to caring for our customers shipments and handling daily tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Shipping and receiving products
2) Stocking and picking products
3) Ordering shipping supplies
4) Communicating with sales and customer service department to assure timely processing of orders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1) Experience in warehouse work
2) Strong multi-tasking skills
3) Attention to detail
4) Highly organized
5) Forklift operator certified (A Plus!)
6) Good communication skills (verbal and written)
XDP is currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist in day-to-day operations. As a Customer Support Specialist with XDP you will be part of a select team that is dedicated to caring for our customers, handling daily tasks and helping us grow our business to the next level.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Handling incoming customer phone calls and emails
2) Processing incoming web and phone orders
3) Researching and resolving customer issues brought to our attention
4) Communicating with product vendors and shipping department to assure timely processing of orders
5) Some phone sales
6) Office administrative duties
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1) Experience in customer service
2) Strong multi-tasking skills
3) Attention to detail
4) Highly organized
5) 2 Years experience with PC computers and the internet
6) Good communication skills (verbal and written)
7) Experience with e-commerce a plus but not required
XDP currently seeking an inside Sale Representative capable of handling automotive related phone calls from our loyal customer base. As a Sales Representative with XDP you will be part of a select team that is dedicated to caring for our customers, handling a steady phone volume and helping us grow our business to the next level.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Handling incoming sales related phone calls and emails
2) Entering customers orders in our order management system.
3) Researching and learning about new products
4) Communicating with customers on a technically involved level
5) Aggressively selling product
6) Occasionally representing the company at shows and events.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1) Experience in sales
2) Strong multi-tasking skills
3) Attention to detail
4) Highly organized
5) 2 Years experience with PC computers and the internet
6) Good communication skills (verbal and written)
7) Experience and interest in the automotive industry required.
