Replaced two Dodge governor pressure solenoid in last two years. 48Re was having hard time shifting...
Both were crap, and failed in 12months. This ATS unit solved my trucks problem immediately. Truck shifts like new. This ATS unit has a larger Govenor Pressure Solenoid, and installed easy.

Kept getting codes indicating the solenoid was bad. I replaced the OEM one 2 times before finding this one from ATS Diesel, wish I had known about this a long time ago, would have saved some of the time my truck was down. I recommend this product whether your original has failed or hasn't failed yet!

The ATS 3031002188 GM GOVERNOR PRESSURE SOLENOID BLOCK CONVERSION is not designed to lower transmission temperature. However, it will help to stop shuttle shifting which may aid in decreasing the transmission temperature.
