The water pump features a precision machined billet aluminum housing, top of the line bearing assembly, top-grade seal, and a more rigid aluminum impeller that is resistant to flexing and cracking like you stock plastic impeller. This stronger impeller resists cracking along the hub helping to prevent impeller failures that can lead to overheating engines and costly repairs
