Description
The Diesel Site CFIKD05 Coolant Filtration System will remove abrasive particles drifting in the antifreeze of your 2004.5-2007 Dodge 5.9L Diesel. Sand is typically not completely removed during the casting process for most diesel engines. A significant amount of this sand eventually escapes out of the casting and harms radiators, hoses, and water pump seals. Additionally, supplemental coolant additives (SCAs) that prevent cavitation frequently produce very abrasive debris. Your water pump's lifespan can be considerably increased by removing these impurities.
The Coolant Filtration System from Diesel Site will provide the defense your cooling system needs against these abrasives particles. On each pass, this bypass-style equipment filters a small portion of the coolant. Since this kit uses a spin-on filter, changing your coolant filter on a regular basis is simple. The CNC-machined aluminum filter block, a unique bracket, and all the hoses and fittings are included in this kit.
