Diesel Site HPRA95 HPOP Reservoir Filter Adapter

The Diesel Site HPRA95 HPOP Reservoir Filter Adapter provides a port for a second HPOP and additional filtration on your 1994-1995 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke. In order to prevent any significant particles from entering the HPOP, Ford added a filter screen to the front cover gasket in the middle of 1999. As the front engine cover was machined differently to accommodate it, the new "gasket" with integrated filter cannot be put into an older engine. You will break the front cover if you do use this gasket, causing a very expensive repair bill.

The Diesel Site HPRA95 HPOP Reservoir Filter Adapter adds a filter screen and bolts right into place. When installing twin turbos, this adapter also serves as an oil send and return, preventing the need to drill holes in your factory reservoir. The oil is returned to the oil pan down the front cover through the hole labeled "pressure relief return." This is ideal place to return oil from a twin turbo setup.
