Ensure that they are clean and bagged to eliminate the risk of leak-through damaging a box. In addition, some injectors such as Ford 6.7L, or Duramax LML have return line fittings that can be extremely fragile and once broken, render the injector useless. Proper packaging is crucial. XDP Ultrasonic Fuel Injector Line Cleaning Service 61013 0.00 XDP Ultrasonic Fuel Injector Line Cleaning Service
$ 19.95
Prolong the service life of your fuel injector lines with the XDP Ultrasonic Injector Line Cleaning Service. Injector Lines are often damaged or filled with debris, especially when an injector has failed due to fuel contamination. Because of the high costs of fuel injector line replacement, many opt to clean them. Cleaning injector lines is more complex than most realize. You can't just spray your injector lines out with brake cleaner and compressed shop air. While there are good intentions in cleaning them yourself, without the proper tools and experience the injector lines may never be completely clean. Using an Ultrasonic cleaner, XDP's Fuel Injector Line Cleaning Service removes debris and contaminants from your injector lines to help eliminate the risk of contaminating your fuel injectors.How it works: XDP's Ultrasonic Fuel Injector Line Cleaning Service has a turn-around time of 2-4 business days from the time we receive your fuel injector lines. Simply add the quantity of fuel injector lines to be cleaned to the cart, check out, and then proceed with the steps below. Each cleaning service is priced individually, per injector line.Package your fuel injector lines for shipping. Ensure they are clean and well packaged to avoid fluid leaks or shipping damage.Write your order number and "Fuel Injector Line Cleaning Service" on the outside of the shipping box.Ship your fuel injector lines to XDP using your preferred shipping method. It is highly recommended that you insure your shipment and use a trackable method.An email confirmation will be sent once XDP receives your fuel injector lines. Shipping Address: XDP East Coast Distribution Center1001 New Hampshire AveSuite DLakewood, NJ 08701The Cleaning Process Each one of your fuel injector lines will be assessed by a certified Bosch Master Technician and then cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner. Once the cleaning process is complete you will receive an email letting you know that your injector lines will be shipping back to you. In some extreme cases, fuel lines cannot be cleaned due to excessive rust or contamination. If this is the case you will be contacted by XDP Custom Service before any attempts are made to clean your lines. Applications:2003-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins (Common Rail Fuel Injector Lines)2007.5-2018 Dodge 6.7L Cummins (Common Rail Fuel Injector Lines)2001-2004 GM 6.6L Duramax LB7 (Common Rail Fuel Injector Lines)2004.5-2005 GM 6.6L Duramax LLY (Common Rail Fuel Injector Lines)2006-2007 GM 6.6L Duramax LBZ (Common Rail Fuel Injector Lines)2007.5-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax LMM (Common Rail Fuel Injector Lines)2011-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax LML (Common Rail Fuel Injector Lines)Common QuestionsQ: Why only common rail injector lines?A: Fuel injector lines on mechanical engines like the Cummins 12-valve are long, awkwardly shaped, and due to age (if original), have already had a long service life. Because of all these factors, they can be difficult to clean and it is often cost prohibitive. To perform an effective and proper cleaning, this service is applicable only to the fuel injector lines found on the common rail engines listed in the application guide above. Q: How do I properly pack my injector lines?A: While fuel injector lines are more durable than other engine components, they can become damaged if not packaged properly. Protect your fuel injector lines in a well fitting box with proper packaging material. Ensure that they are wiped clean of any fluids and bagged to eliminate the risk of leak-through damaging a box. Q: What if I don't insure my shipment?A: You can send your fuel injector lines to XDP using any method you would like. XDP recommends a trackable and insured shipping method for your protection.Q: What if my fuel injector lines cannot be cleaned?A: In some rare cases, fuel injector lines may be too far damaged by rust and other contaminants for them to be properly cleaned. If this is the case it will be noted during the initial inspection. XDP will contact you to let you know and your injector lines cannot be cleaned and they will be returned. Your cleaning costs will be refunded and the $9.95 shipping return fee will be used to send your fuel injector lines back to you.
