Dynatracs Free-Spin heavy duty hub conversion kits are designed to replace the factory unit bearings with a fixed spindle design for superior strength, reliability, safety, and performance. While the factory unit bearing is non-serviceable, cannot be inspected, and prone to failure, the Free-Spin Hub Conversion offers ease of maintenance, a much smoother ride, greater fuel economy on Dodge trucks, and longer axle life. The simple bolt-on kit includes common and serviceable Timken bearings, chromoly spindles, cast nodular wheel hubs, Warn Premium manual locking hubs, and massive 1.50 diameter, 35-spline outer axle shafts. Consider an upgrade and substitute the Warn Premium locking hubs to Dynatracs Dynaloc manual locking hubs for greater strength, reliability, and a short, custom machined bezel to improve your hubs looks. All parts are made in the USA.

Ford Application Notes:
Coarse studs are 14mm x 2.0
Fine Studs are 14mm x 1.5

Dodge Dually (DRW) - This product will require specialty wheel adapters (not included) for use on Dodge Dually models.
*ABS is not supported on early Dodge applications.
2013-2016 Models - OEM Wheels with Center Cap will not fit with this upgrade. Aftermarket wheels are required.

2007 Ram 2500 5.9 - Had this kit installed with other front end and suspension upgrades. Like other reviews have stated, if you are on the fence, get this kit. At highway speed, RPMs are about 300 lower, even towing a light load. Steering response when backing a trailer is much better. Overall, steering is much lighter and more responsive. I did add the Stage8 locking spindle nuts in the kit as another reviewer suggested. I have 18x9 wheels with a -12 offset and the Dynaloc hubs are tucked inside the wheels and tires about a 1/4 inch. Excellent upgrade!

If you own a Ram Truck you NEED this kit. Stop shopping and pondering, it works! +MPG+ and not wearing out front end components. I installed this kit with the Dynatrac Hub upgrade, kit# DNCR60-3X1104-E, on my Manual trans 2006 Ram 2500 5.9 diesel with 115,000 miles on it and am extremely pleased with this product. This kit drives like a dream, the front end feels lighter while steering. I am not a professional mechanic and I completed the work by myself, the install instructions are very good. Tip: Use the trucks power steering as a press to remove the stock hub assembly from the steering knuckle. I now have about 5,000 miles on this kit and have gained 4-6 MPG increase, no exaggeration. I set cruise at 65MPH and get 21-22 MPG in my quad cab long bed diesel, amazing! I get 16-17 MPG with a slide in truck camper towing a 6x12 enclosed trailer. Like me, you will not regret installing this kit, esp on your Ram truck. The Dynatrac Hub Upgrade is worth it, 1/4 turn Lock/Unlock, look great, feel rock solid and are bling, happy I made the upgrade. Now a negative: Right at 2,000 miles I threw a Left Front ABS sensor fault code. I called Dynatrac and they want me to inspect the tone ring so I need to disassemble the hub and pull the rotor splash shield to get to the sensor. The hub is still tight, no highway vibration, so I've put off the tear down. I plan on doing that this week, will provide an update. Do your wallet and your truck a solid and get this kit, for me it will pay for itself with MPG gains in about 10,000 miles.
