The Fumoto Engine Oil Drain Valve F-111 makes it easy to change your oil. Install this valve and you can drain your engine oil without tools and without mess. Just lift the lever of this solid brass ball valve and give it a quarter turn to open it. Return the lever to its original position and it locks closed, double sealed to prevent leakage. The Engine Oil Drain Valve is made of corrosion resistant forged brass and stainless steel. The ball valve design provides a straight flow for efficient drainage and a perfect seal when closed. Frozen drain plug and stripped threads are eliminated forever. Drawing samples for oil analysis is as easy as one-two-three. Sizes to fit all cars, light trucks vans heavy-duty trucks and buses. Also fits RVs, marine engines and industrial equipment.
The Engine Oil Drain Valve has been tested and granted "Genuine Parts" status by 6 major motor vehicle manufacturers in Japan, including Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Subaru and Isuzu. These approvals were not granted easily and gaining them was a testimony to the quality and durability of Engine Oil Drain Valve. In the United States, the Engine Oil Drain Valve is being installed at the factory level on some of the vehicles/equipment made by Ford, Kohler, Freightliner, Caterpillar, JLG, GEHL, Ingersoll-Rand, Sullair, Toyota, Case, Magnetek, Timberjack, Lincoln Electric, Vermeer, Baldor, Terex, Deutz, Phaser Marine Generator and etc.
Unlike the standard Engine Oil Drain Valve which was designed for automobile and truck applications, the N-SERIES valve is equipped with a Nipple to enable the operator to attach a hose and drain the engine oil out of tight spots and away where access to the plug itself and resulting mess are often problems. Like the standard Engine Oil Drain Valve, this spring assisted ball valve replace standard oil drain plug making oil changes easier and saving valuable time. Also ideal for oil sampling analysis as a small amount of oil can be drawn without shutting off the engine. The N-Series Engine Oil Drain Valve takes the mess out of routine maintenance on industrial engines. "N-SERIES" valves are not recommended for cars with low ground clearance. Please make sure there is enough distance from the ground.

Application Notes:
If you are using the Engine Oil Drain Valve on off-road vehicles such as farm tractors and logging equipment under extreme environment (i.e. corn fields, brush areas), it is recommended that a hose clip as shown below be used for extra safety and security. The hose clip, which can be purchased at any hardware stores, will firmly keep the lever in the locked position at all times.

Leaks bad

i bought one for my dad and myself with the hose fitting on it and i have never had a problem. was a bit stiff to open at first but still easier than pulling a drain plug with hot oil. slip a hose over it and use the supplied hose clamp and run the hose to your drain pan out from under the vehicle or just drain it down underneath the vehicle. i will buy another one for my cummins. Less mess on your tools, your driveway, and yourself.

I put one on my old truck and had it for about 10 years. No rust, the spring is firm to keep it from coming open too easy and the one with the nipple for a hose made oil changes a lot cleaner. There are a couple of other brands out there but they do not flow nearly as well to change your oil and are not even close in quality. If you want to make changing oil easier, need to replace a leaking oil bolt or just want to make it easier to do an oil change with less mess, this is the only way to go that I have found!

I inhaled this Fumoto F-111 onto my 2002 F250 powestroke. That is all... it was super simple, doesn't leak. No more tools when you change your oil.
