I bought a cummins with 4” straight pipe, and I didn’t like the sound it. It was very boomy at idle, and there was a sort of hiss, kind of like high velocity air down a pipe. Anyway, it took care of the hiss and the boom is more of a rumble now. Just perfect. I can even hear the turbo spool now.

Put this on my 4 inch MBRB exhaust to help quite things down for the wife and neighbors and I am very happy with the results. Still a loud diesel but warm up is much softer and cabin noise is drastically reduced. 5 stars.

Great product I oreder this in December order 1669650 and love the fact it got rid of the drone sound. It is a non directional muffler with the louvers facing out on both ends.

Drone level Hi, I just installed a MBRP 4'' S5259AL, and the drone level on highway is unbearable. Will this muffler reduce drone level? Or should I get a resonator instead?
