I bought this product for my 2002 7.3, I use it a lot for work, towing trailers, flatbeds, enclosed trailers and goosenecks. As we all know the transmission is the weakest thing on the 7.3, so keeping it cool should be your top priority. Before I had this product my transmission would get up to 165-180°F. Yesterday I pulled my flatbed loaded with concrete and the transmission barely got to 143°F. I highly recommend this part to everyone with a 7.3

I'm having my trans rebuilt after 334k miles and replacing the small, stock cooler with this Mishimto unit to keep the fresh trans working well. I actually received my cooler the very next day after placing my order (I live in California so getting this delivered next day with free shipping is amazing, thanks XDP!). The new Mishi unit is built well, and VERY large. Mishimoto says something like a few hours to install, but plan on at least 6 or so hours (even with proper tools). Access to all of the bolts is extremely tight due to the rubber sheets that surround the stack of coolers in the bulkhead. End result is a nice clean install, and much imporoved trans temperatures. My order number was 1322909.

Cooler wasn't just large, good sizing, and robust. Came with absolutely everything needed and enough hose to reach cooler lines. Also, the lines were half inch out of the cooler and came with adapted hoses to get to 3/8. No disappointments
