The PacBrake C44068 InLine Mount PRXB Exhaust Brake will take the worry out of towing heavy loads in your 2003-2007 Dodge 5.9L Diesel. With retarding performance available as low as 1200 RPMs, the PRXD series exhaust brake offers the most exhaust pressure through the entire RPM range while the spring-controlled pressure regulator safeguards the engine from over-pressurization. This exhaust brake delivers the most powerful braking horsepower, superior speed reductions & shortest stopping distances available without the use of service brakes.
This PacBrake C44068 InLine Mount PRXB Exhaust Brake features an industry exclusive use of Arcor nitride surface treatment that does not change the dimensions of the components while offering improved fatigue & corrosion resistance, less wear & friction, and superior surface hardness. The 90 degree, no-contact Butterfly Valve is engineered to maximize backpressure while preventing seizing and will not interfere with power output when the brake is disengaged. Along with a hard-anodized aluminum bracket, and stainless-steel body and shaft with high performance seals, maintenance on this exhaust brake is a simple as engaging the brake on a regular basis and using Pacbrake’s Superlube to prevent corrosion.
