The PPE 114000555 MicroPure Extreme Engine Oil Filter offers 900 square inches of filtration media that is 150% increase over the factory oil filter in your GM 6.6L Duramax. This oil filter features a 5-micron filtration rating and includes TorqueStop that ensures a tight seal to filter housing.

Much larger than anticipated so much more filtering element inside. Probably adds an extra quart or so to the overall capacity just based on it's size! When I run full synthetic, I might go over on my mileage or timeline on my oil changes so having the larger filter gives me a little peace of mind. Came very securely packaged and in perfect shape!
