The PPE 115910405 Silicone Hose & Clamp Kit for your 04.5-05 GM 6.6L Duramax LLY are constructed using Fluorocarbon lined, silicon rubber that is strengthened with five plies of Nomex fibers. This design results in a hose that resists fuel, oil, UV, ozone, as well as various other chemicals plus it has a burst rating of over 200 psi from negative 76 degrees to 437 degrees Fahrenheit. Simply put, these will be the last hoses and boots you will ever buy.

Have had trouble with getting silicone hoses to seal and stay put previously. These locked in immediately and didn't need to have the clamps cranked down to the point where it looked like they'd tear.

Perfect fit the new boots are way stiffer than the original one. Boots slipped on with not too much effort, new clamps tightened up well. I doubt that I will need to ever need to replace these again but I would definitely buy again.

Found a tear in one boot that’s probably been there for years before I bought the truck so I replaced all four and it’s made a world of difference. Easy enough to change out. A little hairspray helps them slide on and stick in place pretty good.
