Description
The PSC SG039 XD Steering Box is an upgrade for the problematic factory unit in your 2001-2007 GM Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 4WD Classic Body Style Pickup. The PSC XD Steering Gear features a 45mm sector shaft and bearing to prevent the pitman arm and sector shaft flex that causes the lower seal to fail. Larger teeth and other internal components have been increased in size to handle the loads when increasing tire size on your truck. Fits 4 spline pitman arms only.

Absolutely head and shoulders above all others. Worth every penny and I’m not rich. 2002 2500hd duramax 7" lift with 35" tires. Drives like a 2023 as long as the rest of your front end parts aren’t junk! I've seen some people complaining that the gear box didn’t fix all there problems, might be why. Don’t be that guy.

Easy to install. Best steering box. I can tell a big difference in the weight and build if it. This will last a long time.

I purchased this to replace a 330k unit on my 2004.5 Silverado 2500HD. I should have made the move way sooner. Wow! What a difference. It is a large piece of gear and made some real-world improvements that make my old truck drive like new. I compared many different options from rebuilding the old one to remanufactured tmas well as other Company's products. Glad I chose XDP and PSC to tune me up.
