My 2003 Ford F350 has over 135k miles , noticed a slight oil seepage at the turbo pedestal piston actuator rod area. Decided to replace the pedestal with a PurePower 8680-PP Turbo Pedestal before the leak gets worse. The part is well made and comes with new o rings for turbo to pedestal and pedestal to engine block and 2 turbo to pedestal bolts , installed on August 30, 2021 . Installation was easy, it fits perfectly, drove the vehicle for 341 miles during Labor Day weekend in the desert, the ambient temperature was around 106 degrees, rechecked for leaks, no more leak.
