99 7.3 had a cheap bush fix for the air box/filter, huge cone to massive semi air filter. Truck use to fall on its face shifting 2nd to 3rd on hill climbs & because I’ve got the EBPV mod it would throw check engine light on for a min or so. Now I can shift on hill climbs & not fall complete on its face. Makes your turbo sound better & truck is running cooler now it’s drawing air from the fender again. Easy install if your truck isnt lifted.
