Description
The S&B Filters 82-1000 MAP Sensor Spacer Kit will extend the life of the MAP sensor in your 2017-2024 GM 6.6L L5P Duramax. The spacer is designed to drastically decrease the amount of soot that accumulates on the MAP sensor itself by spacing it away from the direct stream of the EGR.

A poor design on the MAP sensor location causes the sensor to become caked with soot constantly. This kit appears to correct that problem and is very well made. Install took all of about 5 min to complete. Hopefully this will keep the sensor clean for a long time to come.

Fit and finish is great, as you’d expect with an s&b product! I suspect it will work as it’s supposed to but time will tell
