Description
The S&B Filters Cold Air Intake Kit (Dry Filter) 75-5075-1D for your 2011-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax provides you with performance, power and increased flow for your Duramax engine. This Cold Air Intake System simply bolts in-place of your factory air box and requires no additional modifications to your pickup.
ISO 5011 Filtration Testing.
A mountain of dust and our 1/2 million dollar lab is how far we've gone to make sure your engine is protected.
Optional Secondary Box Opening.
Designed with a secondary inlet, further resulting in even better airflow. A silicone plug is included for those who prefer to pull in air only from the fender inlet.
Stronger, Better Silicone Parts
Silicone is a premium rubber that can withstand temperatures up to 400° F and won't crack or tear with age. It's tough yet elastic enough to stretch, then snap into a perfect seal. That's why we used silicone to build this kit's filter, inlet, coupler, and tube sleeve.
Avoid check engine lights.
We designed this kit to avoid check engine lights with a properly mapped Mass Air Sensor. This is where we run away from the competition. Vehicles are becoming more complex. S&B devotes a huge amount of resources to engineer intakes that will allow your engine to run properly with the stock calibration or with enhanced tuning.
Cooler Air. Better Performance.
S&B's one piece air box design features an integrated box seal that keeps out unwanted engine heat. The cooler the air, the greater the density, resulting in better performance.

It took longer to take the factory intake off than it did to put the S&B on! Very simple and well made, as well as an increase in fuel mileage and throttle response plus less turbo lag!

I'm not a professional mechanic, but this install went very smooth. Just under one hour start to finish. Instructions were fairly easy to follow. S&B intake works as advertised, immediate difference in motor appearance,performance, sound, and fuel mileage. Nothing drastic but definitely noticeable. Very satisfied XDP customer again.
