I run the S&B cold air intake system with a dry filter on a 2017 Ford F250 along with an oil bypass filter system. I average 20 to 25,000 miles per year at which time I change the oil and all filters including the S&B, then send off an oil sample for analysis. With the truck now at 97,000 miles the oil analysis is always returned with the recommendation the oil is good for continued use and no silicone or contaminates due to inadequate filtration, the S&B cold air intake system is a winner
