How do you clean the power core filters?

PowerCore filters features an innovative, layered, fluted filter media which is ten times more efficient than standard filter designs. It offers an increased contaminant holding capacity and eliminates media movement, expansion, contracting and bunching. (The filters cannot be cleaned, but can last over 100,000 miles before being changed.)
Does this dry filter allow for more flow than the pre-oiled volant filter for this application? I just want to make sure that this dry filter doesn't restrict air flow as compared the the pre-oiled pleated filter that comes with the Volant air box/filter kit.

The dry offers better filtrations, but less flow vs the oild filter.
