The HandS Motorsports 121001 Dual High Pressure Fuel Kit is the ultimate in high pressure fuel supply for your 2011-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke. With over a year in development and testing HandS Motorsports has pushed this kit to the extreme and it still performs in even the most demanding conditions. So what's wrong with the factory CP4 fuel system? Nothing is necessarily WRONG with it, but the factory CP4 fuel pump by itself is only capable of providing enough fuel to safely produce around a maximum of 480-500 horsepower. Once your power goals exceed that 480-500 HP range, more fuel is an absolute requirement. Assuming your factory CP4 pump is in good condition, this kit is easily capable of producing 900+ HP worth of high pressure fuel supply. Will the CP3 pump ever wear out or deteriorate over time? The CP3 pump included with the kit is a brand new OEM unit from Bosch. That's right, BRAND NEW, not a remanufactured unit like many shops sell. The key to ensuring the longevity of any high pressure fuel pump is by providing the high pressure fuel system with clean, waterless diesel fuel. The HandS Motorsports 122007 SX-E Turbo Kit allows you to install an SX-E Turbocharger on your 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke. This kit is designed to replace the factory turbocharger, exhaust manifolds, intake piping, and charged air piping with HandS Motorsports quality parts. Turbocharger HandS Motorsports has performed extensive testing with the BorgWarner line of SX-E Turbochargers and they have proven to be a great match for the 6.7L Powerstroke engine. The SX-E Turbo Options include the .91 A/R divided (twin scroll) turbine housing and the HandS Motorsports turbocharger pedestal that was redesigned to take full advantage of the twin scroll design. The 73mm turbine wheel is larger than HandS Motorsports is used to using, but the twin scroll design helps to retain the response and drive-ability in the lower RPM range. The benefits of the 73mm turbine wheel include lower drive pressure, lower EGTs, and more power! During testing, HandS Motorsports experienced an average of a 200 degree drop in peak exhaust gas temperatures when compared to the factory turbocharger setup. Durability and reliability also play a big part in turbo selection and BorgWarner has stepped up their game with the 360-degree thrust bearing assembly that is standard in all SX-E units. You may be aware that BorgWarner's SX-E compressor housings are not currently offered with a 90-degree outlet option. No problem! As a solution, HandS Motorsports CNC machined each SX-E compressor housing in-house to take advantage of the v-band outlet and they supply a cast aluminum 90-degree elbow with v-band clamp. HandS Motorsports felt that an aluminum elbow was necessary for this application since air temperatures are going to be the hottest right at the compressor discharge and a silicone boot would not be as reliable. Turbocharger Options: 63mm Forged-Milled Compressor Wheel (575-625 WHP) Part# 122007-63 64mm Forged-Milled Compressor Wheel (600-650 WHP) Part# 122007-64 66mm Forged-Milled Compressor Wheel (650-700 WHP) Part# 122007-66 69mm Forged-Milled Compressor Wheel (700-750 WHP) Part# 122007-69 All of the above options include the 73mm turbine wheel and .91 A/R divided turbine housing. Piping is available in raw form (to be coated by you in the color/style of your choice), or you can pick to have it coated in a classy textured black finish as pictured above. Bungs are welded into place in convenient locations for connecting your water injection, nitrous, or any other 1/8" NPT accessory. Plugs are included if you choose to not use any of the supplied bungs. A two piece downpipe is included and will mate to most aftermarket exhaust systems using a ball flange just like the OEM downpipe. All piping is crafted here in the USA. You can also let the wastegate dump to atmosphere if you don't have any means of welding/fabricating. Air Intake No air filter provision is included in this kit. This product is engineered to fit with the OEM or the SandB air intake box. If you are running something other than that, adjustments may be necessary to ensure correct fitment. Piping, rubber couplings, and hose clamps are included to route the OEM or SandB intake to the HSM turbocharger. The HandS Motorsports 131001 Dual High Pressure Fuel Kit is the ultimate in high pressure fuel supply for your 2011-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax LML. With over a year in development and testing HandS Motorsports has pushed this kit to the extreme and it still performs in even the most demanding conditions. Just as a quick reference for you diesel nuts out there, the engineers at HandS Performance were able to run 3800us (not recommended) of main injection duration on stock injectors without a drop in rail pressure. So what does that mean? Well, think about it this way; their off-the-shelf HOT tune commands around 1400us and is on the verge of draining the rail on a stock CP4-equipped truck. At 3800us, that is a 270% increase in fuel demand from their HOT tune and limit of the stock CP4. The HandS Motorsports Dual High Pressure Fuel Kit was able to maintain the commanded 29,000 PSI rail pressure without skipping a beat. So what's wrong with the factory CP4 fuel system? The HandS Motorsports 131002 Dual High Pressure Fuel Kit is the ultimate in high pressure fuel supply for your 2011-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax LML. With over a year in development and testing HandS Motorsports has pushed this kit to the extreme and it still performs in even the most demanding conditions. Just as a quick reference for you diesel nuts out there, the engineers at HandS Performance were able to run 3800us (not recommended) of main injection duration on stock injectors without a drop in rail pressure. So what does that mean? Well, think about it this way; their off-the-shelf HOT tune commands around 1400us and is on the verge of draining the rail on a stock CP4-equipped truck. At 3800us, that is a 270% increase in fuel demand from their HOT tune and limit of the stock CP4. The HandS Motorsports Dual High Pressure Fuel Kit was able to maintain the commanded 29,000 PSI rail pressure without skipping a beat. So what's wrong with the factory CP4 fuel system? Nothing is necessarily WRONG with it, but the factory CP4 fuel pump by itself is only capable of providing enough fuel to safely produce around a maximum of 480-500 horsepower. Once your power goals exceed that 480-500 HP range, more fuel is an absolute requirement. The HandS Motorsports 132001 SX-E Turbo Kit replaces the factory turbocharger in your 2011-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax LML with a BorgWarner SX-E Single Turbo to provide increased performance and reliability. The Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT) that comes equipped on the 6.6L LML Duramax from the factory can quickly become a liability when it is pushed beyond what the OEM designed it for. Excessive drive pressure and exhaust gas temperature are common issues associated with the factory VGT. This kit is designed to replace the factory VGT with a new BorgWarner SX-E unit to provide not only a significant performance increase, but also to gain reliability over the factory unit. HandS Motorsports has done extensive testing on BorgWarner's SX-E line of turbochargers and they have proven to be a great match for the 6.6L Duramax engine. All SX-E turbo options include the .91 A/R divided (twin scroll) turbine housing and the true divided exhaust manifold takes full advantage of the twin-scroll design. The 73mm turbine wheel is larger than HandS Motorsports is used to using, but the twin scroll design helps to retain the response and drive-ability in the lower RPM range. The benefits of the 73mm turbine wheel include lower drive pressure, lower EGTs, and more power! During testing HandS Motorsports experienced an average of a 170 degree drop in peak exhaust gas temperatures when compared to the factory VGT. Durability and reliability also play a big part in their parts selection and BorgWarner has stepped up their game with the 360-degree thrust bearing assembly that is featured in all SX-E turbochargers. Without any fueling or tuning changes, you can expect to pick up at least 60-100 RWHP (depending on which SX-E option is used). With complimenting fuel modifications, these turbochargers have been known to put down some serious power! .
