Description
The Banks Power Quick-Turbo Assembly With Wastegate Actuator 24052 will help maximize turbo-diesel efficiency in your Dodge 5.9L Diesel. The Quick-Turbo assembly provides massive instantaneous torque while the BigHead Wastegate delivers quick, controlled turbo boost. Banks developed the Quick-Turbo along with the Holset turbocharger and engine companies to remove turbo lag out of the hole and produce strong acceleration. The Quick-Turbo housing produces massive torque right from idle, achieves a higher peak boost quicker, maintains more boost through the RPM range, and doesn't over-boost. The BigHead wastegate actuator prevents the wastegate from opening by keeping the valve seated at higher pressures, increasing mid-range torque and top-end power.

easy to install with no mods needed and works great. whole job took under an hour.
2000 cummins

This product works great but if u have a 2000 dodge then u might have some problems like I did the four manifold studs are not all on the manifold 2 are tapped into the turbo housing and 2 are tapped into the manifold and the the banks housing is not tapped to switch the studs over to it so I bought 2 grade 8 bolts to finish the job other then that it was pretty easy that's the reason for 4 stars but I would recommend this product for sure
