It took me longer to remove the old filter than it did to install this intake system. Parts quality generally matches the OEM system. The filter box lid does not have white lettering for the "banks RAM-AIR". I don't really care, just don't expect it. I replaced the lid screw with stainless hex cap screws - looks better and is easier to service. I have been driving it for a few weeks and am geeting slghtly better fuel mileage and noticeably better turbo response (turbo lag reduction). The turbo whistle is slightly louder as well. Overall, I like it and would recommend.

Great system, banks does a great job with the ease of the installation. I replaced the Airaid system that's been on my 6.0 with the Banks kit, and reduced my EGT's buy 150 degrees.

This filter is excellent. Its a bit expensive for what it is, but well put together. I bought an AFE Stage 2 dry filter, which has no casing, and it killed my fuel economy and was extremly unpleasant while driving on the highway. This filter sounds like stock cruising down the highway and got me 3 more MPG. I also noticed a big difference in power. Banks makes a quality product.
