BD-Power Dodge APPS Noise Isolator
1994-2005 Dodge 5.9L Cummins
Interference in the throttle position sensor circuits (APPS) on Dodge Cummins engines from 1994 to 2005 will create false voltage readings in the APPS circuit and cause the lock-up torque converter to rapidly cycle on and off as you drive. This quick and easy fix removes the annoying and potentially harmful RF interference.

had the TC lock up issue with my 2001 cummins where it would cycle on and off rapidly once cruising speed was established, 65-80km/h, the rpm gauge would spike about 100-200rpm and you would feel a slight pull/slip in the trans, didn't happen all the time but happened fairly frequently, this product instantly fixed this issue and so far no problems, install time was like 10 minutes if that by myself and the most time consuming part was taking your intake off... enough said haha overall very happy with this product and i highly recommend it, especially for how cheap the fix is compared to other routes you may take. two words are easy and affordable, great fix

Experienced the typical cycling between 40 and 50 with my auto trans. Cleaned grounds and terminals but it came back. Finally installed this, shifts like brand new. Installation takes 20 minutes at most - fixed ALL shifting problems. Can't recommend highly enough - will save you time and money fixing a simple known problem

Stopped the lock and unlock of the torque converter between 40 and 50 mph and also got rid of the problem of my transmission kicking into neutral before downshifting going around sharp corners
No more goofy shifting.
