Truck not starting

After changing the fuel filter, the engine wouldn’t start. Long story short, on line it was suggested that I got a bad filter, and was told to change it. After changing the new fuel filter with another filter, engine started right up.
Fuel leak

I drive a 2017 Ram 2500, this product (as described above) is compatible for my pickup. Filter fit just fine, however, the gasket for the filter cap housing was substantially smaller in diameter than the one I previously had on. Once I primed the engine I noticed bubbles coming from the housing cap. Assuming I didn’t torque it enough I gave it one more good turn. Primed it again and the housing started hemorrhaging fuel. Drained the housing once again compared the two gaskets and immediately noticed the discrepancy. I reinstalled the old gasket and ops check good.. whether I got a one off kit or the specs are wrong on AFE’s end not sure. I like all the AFE products I have purchased in the past and will continue purchase their products, but I’d suggest AFE recheck the specs of the gasket against the Ram 2017 model pickup.

caused low fuel rail pressure

I installed this and the rear thinking it was a good alternative to the ones that are 2 to 3 times the price. Endstate I installed this on Christmas eve, than the day after Christmas I started driving down the highway home and it went to limp mode due to low fuel rail pressure, so now I'm replacing it for the autozone one again.
