Description
The AFE 46-20144-B BladeRunner Intercooler Pipe Kit for your 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke makes it easy to upgrade the intercooler pipes in your truck. This kit includes both the hot and cold side intercooler pipes and outflows your factory components by up to 32%!
Flow and Performance:
The intercooler tubes are constructed of 3" mandrel bent aluminum tubing for maximum flow then powder-coated wrinkle-black for heat and corrosion resistance. The smooth bends and larger diameter tubing allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGTs.
Installation is a snap:
Utilizes the factory mounting locations to provide stability for a hassle-free installation. Includes heavy-duty 5-PLY couplings and high quality stainless steel spring loaded T-bolt clamps for strength. The tubes also come equipped with two billet aluminum factory style quick connect adapters that works with the OEM intercooler.

Absolute disaster. The cold pipe with the air sensor is machined wrong. Called and sent emails and can't get anyone to do anything about it, including AFE. So I have had a truck down for thirty days. May you have to figure out how to use the stock pipe...

You can buy much better do $150 at a local parts store! Waste of money, planning on returning ASAP, just looking at the product, I noticed it was no better than what the factory provided.

Very easy install, takes about 15 min. My factory cold side plastic cracked with 77k on my f250. I never pull anything heavier than a bass boat (never thought I would have issues with this). Now looking over the old pipes vs the new, I feel very confident these tubes will not fail, AFE did a very nice job with this set. Extremely happy with my purchase.

6.7 intercooler upgrades

Ok i had the same issue that all the 6.7 have low pressure boot blew off. So i ordered the AFE Blade runner kit to do both the hot and cold sides. They came in pretty reasonable time and man where they boxed really well. Installing is not that big of a problem i would say a medium, on skill level. It took about 30 minutes to install, i would recommend laying the new boots out in the sun to soften up first, make sure to relocate the power steering reservoir for added room. The hot side is a bit tuff to get the factory clip off ,but reinstall was a quick breeze. The blade runner kit is the only one that i found that seels together, it was priced about all the same though, hope they work well with the pair.

AFE 46-20144-B BladeRunner Intercooler Pipe Kit, I ordered this kit as my stock cold side was broken. I am happy with the outcome, Directions could have had more details on some areas. Then I am disappointed that the AFE metal Name plate that is spot welded came off on the installation of the cold tube. So it does make me wander how well this will hold up. Guess we will find out as I just installed this past weekend and not had much chance to try it out yet.
