Description

Replace the old cracked manifold in your 2003-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins with the AFE 46-40011 BladeRunner Stainless Steel Exhaust Manifold. A cracked exhaust manifold can rob you of power and hurt engine efficiency. Built from cast 304 stainless steel, the AFE Stainless Steel Exhaust Manifold features a reinforcing rib for strength along the flange and ultra-thick wall flange at the port.

The BladeRunner exhaust manifold outflowed the factory exhaust by 23% improving exhaust flow, performance and throttle response. This manifold also features 2 EGT probe ports, thick wall design for increased strength (0.25" vs 0.15" for the stock unit), matched ports and has a merged runner design to maximize exhaust flow. Once you install this awesome exhaust manifold, you will feel improved turbo spool up times, improved throttle response and performance.

Awesome Upgrade From Stock!

Installed on my 06' as my stock manifold was leaking. Because I am in California this is the only manifold for the 5.9 that I found with a CARB E.O. #. These 5.9's burn cylinder #5 because the stock manifold holds heat in by design, not at all the case with this manifold. The design is great and lowered my EGT. Can't say there is a huge increase in power, but to me lower EGT makes it all worth it as I regularly pull a 15K LBS trailer. Great product, great upgrade! Fast shipping from XDP as well!

This product really works I installed it in about an hour. When I drove my truck I could tell the difference in throttle response and my EGT'S lowered 200 degrees. Really like this product. The only thing that sucked is I had to spend another 120 dollars to get new gaskets but I needed to change them so it all worked out.

Man did this thing drop EGT'S!!! I was really shocked what this product did for me. lowered exhaust gas temp by 250 degrees pulling heavy loads. Hard to believe! installing was a bit tricking having some heads striped before I started. it was the #6 that was the worst! The turbo... Had to tourch thoses babys off. there was no breaking them loose!! I went ahead and got the BD gaskets. highly sugguest you get them! Start to finish was about 2:30 min. The blade runner is only 100 bucks more than ATS or BD but worth every cent! Im one of those that shops and reallly reads up on things before buying and I dont think any other after market product can compete with this AFE! So dont think twice about which to choose from!!! Thanks XDP!!
