AFE 53-10015D Quantum Cold Air Intake System W/ Pro Dry S Filter

The AFE 53-10015D QUANTUM Pro Dry S Cold Air Intake System replaces your factory intake and increases airflow to your Ram pickup with a 6.7L Diesel engine. With a rugged design made specifically for your diesel engine and multiple features that make installation a breeze, Quantum is here to get the job done.

This 9" tall 360-degree radial flow air filter features a 5" flange and oil-free Pro DRY S media with three layers of synthetic media for maximum convenience. Its progressive layering provides great filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity, while not requiring the use of oils. This media is best suited for street and light off-road use. The filter features an injection molded base and top for lighter weight and rigidity. Its base includes a built-in 3-angle velocity stack for smooth, even airflow and captive screws to easily attach the filter to the housing.

Quantum uses an integrated filter-to-housing design that attaches both components with four captive screws, making for a positive surface area seal and easy installation. Its durable, sealed housing features a unique, five-rib, industrial-grade look for AFE quality recognition.

Quantum uses a dyno-tuned, computer-designed intake tube to achieve optimum air flow and a perfect fit. Its XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) polymer material is heat-soak resistant and extremely durable.

This Quantum intake system includes a flexible bellows-style coupling and a durable reinforced silicone coupling.

Quantum intakes are designed with fewer parts for quick and easy installation. This is a direct fit intake system that utilizes factory mounting points and requires no cutting or modifications. All necessary clamps, couplings, and hardware are included.
