The Air Lift 57550 LoadLifter 7500 XL Helper Spring Kit is designed for the 2020-2022 Ford F-350 4WD (DRW) owner who uses their truck as a workhorse. This adjustable helper spring set allows you to set the air pressure from 5 to 100 PSI for the cargo you are hauling to increase ride stability and comfort. With the ability to support up to a 7,500lbs capacity, this air spring kit will allow you to safely tow to the maximum GVWR.
This Air Lift 57550 LoadLifter 7500 XL Helper Spring Kit works with your stock springs to give your truck a more stable and steadier ride quality. This helper spring kit evenly distributes the load to all four tires to reduce bottoming out, trailer sway, and to minimize porpoising/lurching. This also improves aim of the headlight on the road and promotes more even tire wear.
The Air Lift 57550 LoadLifter 7500 XL Helper Spring Kit features a 7” double-bellow air spring that is the strongest 2-ply fabric air spring in Air lift’s arsenal. This air spring kit is independently adjustable from one side to the other to keep your truck balanced while towing uneven loads. Installation on this kit does not require drilling and the limited lifetime warranty will ensure this air spring kit lasts the life of your truck.

Just installed so I haven't had a chance to work them out yet but the install went well and as expected. Fit my F350 dually with the puck system factory 5th wheel hitch. I've heard some have had a problem when the factory under bed hitch is present but no problems here.
