Awesome product that was very easy to install on my 06 dodge 3500. Product has over of inch of clearance on all sides even with my truck having 5 inch exhaust. Truck pulls a hundred times better with my 10 ton trailer and excavator weighing in at 18k together.

The AIR LIFT 57595 LOADLIFTER 7500XL HELPER SPRING KIT do not contain an internal jounce bumper.
How does this setup work? Where is the air coming from and how do you adjust the psi in them?
The Air Lift 57595 LoadLifter 7500XL Helper Spring Kit works by installing between your frame and axle. It helps you eliminate squat from heavy loads. This particular kit has you remove the jounce bumper on your frame, and the air bag mounting plates go in that spot. You would have to supply the air and air your bags up via schrader valve like a regular tire. You would adjust the pressures via schrader valve just like you would a vehicle tire. IF you choose to add an on-board air system specific to an air bag kit, they generally have an in-cab controller that bleeds off the air, as well as an air compressor.
Does this work with 2004 dodge 3500? Second. I just need the bags I have a compressor is this the right application? Install the air bags and just use your own compressor to fill them?
Yes, the Air Lift 57595 LoadLifter 7500XL Helper Spring Kit will work with a 2004 Dodge 3500 if it is 4WD. This kit does not included a compressor, so you are able to inflate these air springs with your own compressor.
