The Air Lift 88295 LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Helper Spring Kit for your 2003-2013 Dodge Ram 2500 or 2003-2018 Dodge Ram 3500 4WD features all the benefits of the LoadLifter 5000 with the addition of an internal jounce bumper inside the spring for the ultimate in ride comfort.
The LoadLifter 5000 ULTIMATE works with your vehicles leaf springs to provide up to 5,000 lbs. of front load leveling capacity and keeps the vehicle riding stable, level and comfortable whether loaded or unloaded. The built-in closed-cell urethane foam jounce bumper inside the air spring provides a cushion of air that absorbs shock, eliminates harsh jarring on rough roads and protects vehicles carrying heavy loads. Never bottom out again with the ULTIMATE!
The Air Lift Air springs are built like a tire and are reinforced by durable,2-ply fabric for maximum strength. Exclusive upper and lower roll plates are included which protect the springs from sharp edges, such as brackets or the frame and help increase load capacity up to 10%. Includes 2 sir springs, mounting brackets, airlines, schrader valve, hardware and instructions.

Our customizable, modular, snap and lock design supports 2", 4", & 6" heights. Lock-N-Lift air spring spacers work with all brands of air springs! Installed between the air spring and bracket, the Lock-N-Lift closes the gap between the frame and the leaf spring that is created by lifting your vehicle. The kit will only fit lifted applications when using the Air Lift Lock-N-Lift Air Spring Spacers (sold separately). The Air Lift Lock-N-Lift Air Spring Spacers are a universal air spring spacer system that enables you to add the support of air springs to your already lifted vehicle.
Will this kit work with a truck that is reversed leveled? dropped about 2 inches matching stock front end.
