The Air Lift 89231 LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus Helper Spring Kit for your 2019-2023 Ram 3500 2WD/4WD features all of the benefits of the LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Kit with internal jounce bumpers, and upgrades to high quality and long lasting stainless components. The internal jounce bumper inside the spring helps keep your truck riding stable, level, and comfortable whether you’re running empty or hauling a large load. The Air Lift air spring kit eliminates trailer sway, squat, and bottoming out in your truck. Perfect for heavy-duty vehicles like wreckers, construction, and commercial trucks.
The stainless steel components are what set the Ultimate Plus Kit apart from other Air Lift kits. Designed for the serious hauler, these exclusive upgrades include stainless steel mounting hardware, roll plates and a braided stainless air line.

The Airlift ultimate + kit was pretty easy to install And came with great instructions. I previously used a firestone kit and it was an absolute nightmare, mainly do to the poor instructions. I highly recommend the braided lines and military grade connections. Made the job much easier and no air leaks.
