The Air Lift 88275 LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Helper Spring Kit for your 01-10 GM Silverado/Sierra 2500HD / 3500HD features all the benefits of the LoadLifter 5000 with the addition of an internal jounce bumper inside the spring for the ultimate in ride comfort.

Fits most side mounted fifth wheel hitch applications
Will not fit Cab & Chassis models
The LoadLifter 5000 ULTIMATE works with your truck's existing leaf springs to provide up to 5,000 pounds of front load leveling capability while maintaining vehicle stability, leveling, and comfort whether loaded or unloaded. A closed-cell urethane foam jounce bumper is integrated into the air spring to absorb shock, reduce severe jarring on uneven roads, and protect trucks hauling heavy cargoes. You'll never bottom out with the ULTIMATE!
The Air Lift Air springs are built like a tire and reinforced with durable, 2-ply fabric for maximum strength. Upper and lower roll plates are included to protect the springs from sharp edges like brackets and the frame, as well as to help increase load capacity by up to 10%. This kit includes 2 air springs, air lines, schrader valve, mounting brackets, hardware, and instructions.

Kit is solid. Went in very easy. Installed on a LLY dually with flatbed and gooseneck ball. No clearance issues. Came with a bad carriage bolt that I had to replace but other than that, a very well put together kit.
