The Air Lift 89350 LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus Helper Spring Kit is one the most heavy-duty air springs available for your 2020-2022 Ford F-350 4WD (DRW). This helper spring kit works with your factory suspension to enhance your vehicle by providing improved load support when you're towing or hauling. With the load better distributed across all 4 tires, your vehicle has more stability and more predictable driving characteristics while towing. You'll also feel a noticeable improvement in braking, correctly aimed headlights, less trailer sway, more even tire wear, and less bottoming out on uneven or rough roads.
The Air Lift 89350 LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus Helper Spring Kit features reinforced 2-ply air bags with internal jounce bumpers. These bumpers allow you to run zero air pressure and they will not allow your truck to bottom out if the air bags get pierced by debris. The stainless-steel roll plates protect the air springs and increase load capacity by 10% for added strength. The stainless-steel braided air lines are abrasion resistant and are prefabricated with no cutting required. The military-grade AN fittings thread together for easy installation and an airtight seal.

Great product and company!

Purchased airbags, received and installed myself. One bag was defective due to shipping or while installing. Called customer support and within 3 days I had a new bag delivered. I have been using them on a daily basis with no issues just results! Highly recommended!!!!
Air suspension

Couple of issues that got resolved. The bolt holding the lower assembly is impossible to tighten once installed. Directions stated to leave loose until attached. That was a real problem. That bolt needs to be repositioned. There was no indication that Teflon tape should be used on air lines. Since there a sealing application on some of the fittings, I skipped that. Consequently I had to disassemble and re tape to stop leaks.
