The Air Lift 88352 LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Helper Spring Kit will add comfort and safety when towing in your 2020-2022 Ford F-250/350 4WD (SRW). This adjustable air spring kit allows you to fine-tune the air pressure to the weight you are hauling for improved ride stability. Your vehicle will have a comfortable ride with the ability to haul up to a 5,000-pound capacity when you install this air spring kit.
This Air Lift 88352 LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Helper Spring Kit works in tandem with your existing suspension to give your truck better ride stability. These air springs keep the load equally distributed to all four tires to reduce trailer sway, bottoming out, and unwanted porpoising/lurching. Equally distributing the load also improves promotes more even tire wear on all four corners and improves headlight aim on the road.
The Air Lift 88352 LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Helper Spring Kit features built-in urethane foam jounce bumper inside the air springs. This bumper gives you the ability to run 0 air pressure and works as a backup if the air spring gets punctured. Built like a tire with of 2-Ply Fabric for maximum strength, these air springs are individually adjustable from side to side for uneven loads. Upper and lower roll plates are included to increase load capacity by 10% and protect the springs from sharp edges. This air spring kit offers straightforward no-drill installation with fully illustrated instructions, and a limited lifetime warranty.

2021 F250 XLT - Air Lift 88352 - Wonderful, Excellent

I installed the Air Lift Load Lifter 5000 (88352) myself at home with no lift or special tools. My pre-install rear wheel well height was 42" so I used that to set the bag psi with my trailer connected. I pull a gooseneck trailer for show animals and it would normally sag the rear wheel well height 2" to 4" depending on the load. The first trip with the trailer connected with the new bags installed I had to turn down the trailer brakes as the pickup brakes were working better. The handling (steering) was noticeably better with the front end, especially when hitting bumps on bridges at 75/80 MPH. I noticed the headlights are aimed better and less people flashing at night for low beams aimed too high. All around it does exactly what they say.
I also added the Firestone Wireless Air Command Kit and have the memory set for 10 psi with no trailer and 50 psi with the trailer. I bought the Firestone 2612 No-Drill Air Command Mounting kit and installed the air systems just above the spare tire bracket. I ran the power to the engine compartment and connected it to upfitter switch 1.

Product is good and easy to install. Instructions are good on putting the product together. When mounting bags and brackets on truck pay attention to the hard brake lines and where they fall on the long carriage bolts.
