This provides you with a 150GPH pump that is stronger and more durable than the factory pump. 4-year limited express warranty.

Great Pump

After going through numerous Carter pumps and one VP44 in my 2001 Ram, I opted for this pump because of the four year warranty and direct replacement. Easy install and six years later, still trucking on. Installation of pressure gauge or at the very least, an indicator light is a must.

I purchased this pump after my Delphi pump went out. This pump didn't last 3 months and took out my VP44. Over $4k later in new lift pump and VP44 my truck is up and running. I wouldn't give this pump to my enemy

If your truck is stock then it is recommended you run the 100GPH Pump. [@answer]
Running a pump to fit your horsepower is suggested as it will help keep you away from small potential issues.
100GPH units are recommended for up to 500 horsepower
150 and 165GPH units are recommended for horsepower up to 800
200GPH units are recommended for anything that exceeds 1000 horsepower

No, the AirDog R3SBD150 Factory Replacement 150GPH Raptor Pump (FRRP) is designed as a direct replacement for the 1998.5-2002 Dodge 5.9L Diesel applications that have had the fuel pump retro-fitted into the fuel tank.

The AIRDOG R3SBD150 FACTORY REPLACEMENT 150GPH RAPTOR PUMP (FRRP) will replace the factory lift pump. The AIRDOG R3SBD150 FACTORY REPLACEMENT 150GPH RAPTOR PUMP (FRRP) will not work with trucks that have had the fuel pump retro-fitted into the fuel tank.
