Fixed multiple issues - P0122 CEL included
Hunter (Coarsegold, Ca) | July 26th, 2022
I have been fighting a P0122, TPS low voltage. After fixing multiple issues with my batteries/terminals, the CEL was still on after clearing.. Ordered this APPS and it transformed my truck into the smooth machine I built. CEL was cleared, Truck no longer has weird throttling issues/dead pedal, and fixed several transmission quirks like shuttle shifting 1-2 gear, and comes onto power smooth and strong. 30 minute install, with multiple tutorial videos on YouTube. I wish I would have bought this years ago. 5/5, if your truck is like mine at 225k miles, and you're having weird pedal/trans issues, its time to be replaced. After installing TPS and checking for correct voltage, Get in the truck and slowly push the pedal all the way down, and release slowly. Then you are ready to start the truck.

Works great
Wyatt (Illinois) | July 11th, 2021
Got this for my 01 dodge 3500. After throwing codes, dead pedal, hesitation and almost getting slammed by a semi I figured it needed to get done. Has good instructions on how to replace and calibrate it. It’s much easier with a scan tool to get the right voltage set however. All in all still a great part and was a lot cheaper than going through many other part suppliers #1458528

What a difference
JoeyR (Oregon) | April 28th, 2021
I would have and always did attribute the extremely and overly touchy go fast pedal, dual disc clutch, and larger turbo all of which were installed by the prior owner of my 2003 Ram CTD, to the overall very finicky, and difficult at times driving characters of this truck. Until just last week I was driving home and lost my happy pedal completely, and truck went directly into limp mode, throwing codes P2121 & P2122. I had a technician test the wiring on the sensor and plug, he confirmed the APPS needed replaced(his multimeter showed that there was a dead spot in the sensor, which was basically in effect a dead spot in my pedal. My local diesel shop thankfully had this Alliant Power part in stock, and holy cow what a difference it made. I cannot begin to tell you how many driving quirks in my truck this fixed. Acceleration in general is far more refined, and knowing now about that dead spot, it would explain why taking off, and shifting was such a jerky mess, the truck basically had no throttle response for the first 10-15% of the pedal. I am sure now my tires, rear-end, transmission, and baby's neck will all thank me(or the APPS sensor). Alliant Power Part# AP63458 is a winner!

This is a great option if you dont want to spend a lot of money all you need is a multimeter and the instructions provided.
