The ATS 204-950-2164 Pulse Flow Exhaust Manifold With Premium Gaskets & Studs replaces the cracked factory manifold on your truck. ATS is a leading manufacturer of upgraded exhaust manifolds that provide improved airflow and a longer service life. Featuring a patented bell mouth design and D3 High Silica Molly Cast Iron, the Pulse Flow Exhaust Manifold from ATS helps lower EGTs by reducing back pressure with increased exhaust gas flow. This kit includes ATS Diesel's Premium Black Oxide Exhaust Manifold Studs. These studs are built to last and look great, thanks to their 12.9 grade steel construction, which is even stronger than stainless steel. They boast a tensile strength of over 185,000 psi and can be torqued to 40 ft-lbs for a secure fit. The set also includes washers and 12-point nuts for added convenience.
