The ATS 3019003368 Deep Transmission Pan for your 2011-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke is the best aftermarket transmission pan available for the 6R140 transmission in your Powerstroke. There are several innovative designs that are incorporated into the 6R140 Deep Pan.To begin, ATS Diesel has radically redesigned the fluid flow dynamics in the pan by adding a flow dam that keeps fluid available to the pickup tube under heavy acceleration or driving on a steep grade. The pan also features a true tapered design, making the drain plug the lowest point of the pan. This will allow for easier, more complete draining!
The ATS Deep Pan also includes the filter extension. This will set the suction point further towards the bottom of the pan avoiding any loss of lubrication by sucking air in a low fluid situation.

How much transmission fluid will I need when I install the ATS pan
The ATS 3019003368 Deep Transmission Pan adds 8 quarts of capacity to the transmission. A typical service requires the addition of 8.2 quarts and if valve body work was done at the same time, the transmission would require the addition of 10.2 quarts. This means with the deep transmission pan, the transmission will require adding 16-18 quarts of fluid to fill properly.

Does this product come with or without a pan gasket?
No, the ATS 3019003368 Deep Transmission Pan does not include a gasket as your factory gasket is reusable if it is undamaged.
Is the drain plug magnetic or do you need to retain the factory magnet from the stock pan?
