The ATS 3030022230 Governor Pressure Transducer is an easy upgrade for a common issue in the 47RE or 48RE transmission in your diesel. One of the major factors leading to transmission failure with the 47RE & 48RE Dodge Transmissions is a failed governor pressure transducer. This problem more noticeable on transmissions running higher line pressures. This pressure transducer is engineered to handle higher line pressures for a more dependable transmission with a longer service life.

So basically I bought the sensor with the GM solenoid upgrade. Was working fine and then I got p0869 code. Talked to my transmission builder and he told me I had to get the sensor OEM so I did. And problem solved.
