Description
XDP offers the ATS 3039102326 Billet Channel Plate Valve Body that will enhance the shift quality of the 68RFE in your diesel. Excess heat in the transmission can cause the thin factory cast channel plate in the valve body to deform, causing cross leaks and poor shifting. To prevent this issue, ATS engineered the BilletProof Channel Plate with a stress relieved 1" thick aluminum tooling plate. This plate is accurately CNC machined to include all valve body vent holes, channels, and it includes labeled pressure testing ports. Critical channels have been increased to allow greater fluid to feed the clutch packs and lessen time it takes to fill the clutch packs. Immediately after installation, a crisp, smooth, strong shift quality will be noticeable, and all of the problems with cross leaks will be removed.
