ATS 6019244308 24-Pin Co-Pilot Transmission Controller

The ATS 6019244308 24 Pin Co-Pilot Transmission Controller enables the 6-speed Allison transmission in your 2006-2007 GM 6.6L Duramax LBZ to handle more power. The Co-Pilot allows you to increase the horsepower in your truck without having the transmission go into "Fail Safe" mode. This allows your transmission to handle up to 85 HP and 120 TQ over stock (roughly 425HP/650TQ) with no other modifications. 

The Co-Pilot kit increases line pressure to the transmissions clutch packs during full throttle or high boost situations. The transmission clutch packs receive more than 2.5 times the stock pressure (approximately 230-PSI) with the Co-Pilot installed. Line pressure and torque converter lockup is increased based on Boost Pressure (MAP), Vehicle Speed (VSS), and Throttle Position (TPS). With the Race Mode engaged, the torque converter goes into lockup after the 1-2 shift while maintaining full line pressure for a more aggressive feel.
