The Auto Meter 5257 Pyrometer Extension Module allows you to extend the wiring length of the thermocouple on any digital stepper motor incandescent back lit Auto Meter Pyrometer / EGT gauge up to 75 ft. without any loss of accuracy or response This product is ideal for use in any applications such as motor homes, and custom gauge installations where the supplied thermocouple wiring with your Auto Meter EGT gauge is not long enough for your installation.

Gauge Fitment Note:
The Auto Meter 5257 is for use on any Auto Meter incandescently lit gauge that uses a digital stepper motor. They can be identified by the light bulb connector at the top and a 10 pin black connector at the bottom. The harness that includes the power, ground, and thermocouple leads plugs into this connector. The two studs are not used on this model. (see image gallery for gauge example)
