I put this in my 2011 f-350 when I did a few upgrades and it’s a big difference how it holds in the gears. I was able to notice it instantly! Would definitely buy again.

My 2011 F350 has been shifting hard up and down. This solenoid helped with upshift, but the downshift to 2nd is still rough.

Works as it should, timely to put in with all the fluid dripping around you if you do this on your back like I did. It did throw a CEL when I first started and drove the truck. I would not install this in an untuned truck. Once I flashed my tune again all was good.
If your on the fence about buying this watch the "thoroughbred diesel" video on YouTube they do an excellent job going over the install process.
