BDS Suspension 4" Coilover 4-Link Lift Kit

Mount the BDS Suspension 4" Coilover 4-Link Lift Kit from XDP on to your Ford F-250/350 6.7L Powerstroke 4WD today and get increased ground clearance and room for 38" tires. The 4" Coilover 4-Link Lift Kit is based around the tried and true 4-link conversion which offers improved stability, strength, and caster control during wheel travel compared to the factory radius arm setup. The 4-link brackets are constructed from high-quality 1/4" steel and key off the factory frame bracket and transmission crossmember for better strength and utilize heavy wall 2" OD DOM control arms to correctly position the front axle.

This system replaces the OEM coils with an upgraded pair of specially tuned FOX 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers to take your truck to the next level. These coilovers are preset right out of the box for optimal performance with the weight of the 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engine and are simple to install because of the supplied frame and axle mounting brackets. Paired to these FOX coilovers are a set of auxiliary FOX 2.0 IFP performance gas shocks that further enhance dampening for a smooth and easy ride over the toughest terrain. The engineers at BDS and FOX teamed up to offer this race-winning technology into a pre-tuned coilover designed to perform and provide correct ride height right out of box. From valving to spring rate, preload, and hose length these FOX coilovers are designed to take all the guess work out of setting your truck up and are designed to be used specifically with the BDS lift system. These coilovers use a large 2.5" body, 3" coil springs, 7/8" hardened carbon steel shaft, high flow piston, JM92 advanced racing shock oil, CNC machined 6061 T6 ends, and external remote reservoir improve damper capability across any terrain.

A forged drop pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket are supplied to correct steering angles and recenter the front axle. Also included in this kit for the front are bump stop extensions to limit suspension compression, sway bar drop brackets to correct the sway bar positioning, and brake line relocation brackets. In the rear, 4.5" replacement blocks and new U-bolt kit are provided. These blocks are constructed from high-strength, fully boxed steel with an integrated bump stop wing. Both the blocks and u-bolts are finished in a durable black e-coat finish. Completing this kit are a pair of matching FOX 2.0 gas shocks to compliment the front setup for all around impressive performance.
