Take your 2020-2022 Ford F-250/350 6.7L Powerstroke 4WD to the next level with the BDS Suspension 6″ 4-Link Lift Kit from XDP. This system upgrades the factory stamped steel radius arms with a high-strength 4-link. This setup offers improved handling, stability, and caster control during wheel travel. The 4-link bracketry is constructed from thick 1/4″ steel and is designed to key off the factory frame bracket and transmission cross member for extra strength. Also provided in this kit are full-length ProRide diesel-only specific coil springs. To customize the kit, choose between the BDS NX2 Nitro Series shocks or upgrade to the FOX 2.0 IFP performance shocks.
This comprehensive kit includes an extensive list of high-quality components. Starting with a forged drop pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket. This helps to correct steering angles and re-center the front axle. Also supplied for the front are bump stop extensions, sway bar drop brackets, and brake line relocation brackets. A precision-built transfer case indexing ring is also supplied to improve the front driveline operating angle. Additionally, a high clearance transmission crossmember is provided.
The kit comes standard with 6.25" rear blocks in the rear. Finally, high-strength black e-coated u-bolts and all necessary mounting hardware are included to make this a complete bolt-on installation. KIT FITMENT NOTES
Important Kit Notes
1. Fits Diesel models only.
2. Ford recommends replacement of the pitman arm nut after each time it has been removed.
3. Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
4. If your truck is equipped with a factory rear sway bar add: BDS123808
5. If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
6. Due to taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift height. Final ride height will be the same as standard models.
7. Larger tires on stock wheel are not recommended due to brake line clearance required. Use recommended specs listed in wheel and tire fitment section.
8. The indexing ring is only compatible with 10 speed transmission trucks. Please verify your truck's equipment before installing. Transfer case indexing ring will not fit 6.2L vehicles equipped with the 6R100 transmission.
9. Indexing Ring has NOT been designed to work on manual shift transfer case models. Modification to the shift cable mount will be required.
10. Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs.
11. Some trucks with a rear driveline vibration may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear axle. (Safety Recall 21S31) Due to the recall procedure, BDS recommends to have this performed prior to installing the lift.
12. Due to factory ride heights being lower on 2020 and newer model year trucks, the net lift you will gain with this kit will be 1" more than advertised. (EX. 4" kit will net 5" of lift)
